Its business interests are in acquisition, development and operation of 63 hotels and resorts throughout Europe and the Middle East. The group operates from corporate offices in London, UK; Paris, France; the Algarve, Portugal; Vienna, Austria and Cairo, Egypt.

Included in the European portfolio are hotels such as the 5-star Grand Hotel Wien in Vienna, Threadneedles in the City of London, the Balzac Hotel in Paris and exclusive golf resorts in the Algarve such as the Penina Hotel and golf course, Dona Philipa Hotel, the famous San Lorenzo golf course and exclusive Pinheiros Altos private residential resort in Portugal with its 27-hole golf course.

Included in the Middle East portfolio are Amarante Pyramids, Amarante Garden Palms, Amarante Golf City, and Osiris and Isis Nile cruise ships.
